The BL 500 Ski Base Layer Top has a standard straight cut that adapts to all body shapes, and it’s not too loose, so it’s efficient at keeping in the heat.

Polyester is the most-used fibre for base garments because it is relatively inexpensive, offers excellent performance, and can be knit to obtain a very lightweight and durable fabric. It actively absorbs moisture but does not dry particularly well when wet.

What are the benefits of polyester?

You need three technical layers to keep warm on the slopes:
- Layer 1 or second skin, to stay dry.
- Layer 2 or insulating layer, to keep the heat in. 
- Layer 3 to protect against the elements.

How to dress to stay warm on the slopes
