The 200 USB running light has 2 lighting modes:
> At its maximum power of 200 lumens, you'll have a battery life of 3.5 hours.
> On the second mode of 100 lumens, battery life is extended to over 8 hours.

Light modes and battery life

As with all Kiprun lights, we have added a safety mode. When the battery is low, the power is automatically reduced to 25 lumens. This gives you approximately one hour to find another lighting solution.
Continuous flashing will alert you to the situation.
You can plug in an extra battery via the USB connection.

Battery life

When the lamp is switched on or charging, a small, coloured LED light on the face will indicate the charge level:
GREEN: Battery 100% charged
Flashing RED: The battery needs to be charged.

Charge Level

The lithium-ion 1150 mAh rechargeable battery can be charged with the included micro USB cable. Recharging time is around 3.5 hours.

Glare

The 200 USB running light battery will keep maximum efficiency for 500 charge cycles. To preserve this life cycle, do not leave the battery inactive for more than 6 months. In the event of prolonged storage, remember to discharge and recharge the battery completely before using again.
