Really wanted to love this belt. It has extensive storage, & I appreciate the zippered inner pocket at the front & back. It's a great belt for carrying a phone, multiple gels, & small items. The adjustable cinches were my favourite part, as noy many waistpacks have the ability
to be tightened (or loosened) easily. The issue I had, is that I expected to carry my hydration (a 500ml soft flask) but it was just too bouncy & not comfortable. I needed to readjust constantly & fiddled trying to wear it multiple ways to make it not shift/move. I never did find a way to make it work to carry my hydration without the belt bouncing & moving, which was the main reason I wanted this belt. Great belt if not carrying a bottle.

I usually carry my car keys, phone and a 500 ml flask in the belt, and I've used it on a half-marathon where it was stable and comfortable. My only concern is the sizing, I bought the XL/XXL and I'm a 36" waist, so if you're bigger than that it's going to be a tight fit. That
doesn't detract from the belt though, I'm very happy with it and it's great value for money.

The belt is not true to size, way to small, I cannot use it and I didn’t have time to return it, so I’m stuck with it.

I am so satisfied with this belt, it carries everything I could need on a run. Being diabetic I can carry medical device and lots of snacks. Make sure you pull down the belt more towards your hip level than waist , that will prevent any bouncing. I am considering using
it at work also to carry basically the same items. A great purchase for such an affordable price.

The loops on the belt are perfect for holding a jacket or poles. On ultras I would use this in addition to a hydration vest for extra pockets that are accessible, holding a phone and to store poles. It's comfortable although might feel like it's a bit tight to get over the hip
s. You can loosen the pull cords as much as possible then draw them tighter.

Bought for long runs and racing to carry poles. Haven’t been able to make the pole carrying work for me yet but might be me or the poles too short to be carried. Rear pocket is good but would be better if it had Velcro like the front. Front zipped pocket fits standard phone bu
t I just keep my key in it and phone in the larger front pocket. Side pockets hold a few gels/bars that and headphone case no problem. Found it to be stable when loaded with the above and 500ml of water flask in rear pocket. Re sizing I’m 34” waist in UK and bought XL with plenty of adjustment.

Struggled with carrying poles in the past using a quiver. This belt however, is great for poles. They attach and detach quickly. They also stay stable and do not bounce. The mobile phone pocket is OK for a mini iphone , you can still store a soft flask and bars in the other po
ckets. Perhaps for the size of the belt you would want more storage but I guess that’s a compromise for carrying your poles.
