This product features multiple components to keep you comfortable and protected from cold, damp, and uneven ground.The seat is composed of 3 main components:
- 150-denier polyester fabric on the bottom.
- Polyurethane (PE) and polyethylene foam (PE) 6 mm to 10 mm (0.24” to 0.4”) thick depending on the panels. Thicker in the centre. 
- 600-denier polyester top fabric.

How comfortable is the Ultim Comfort Mat?

To improve durability, we lab-tested its components and assemblies.
Abrasion resistance was tested according to the Martindale test. The component has been subjected to rubbing cycles with an abrasive. The test stops when a hole appears or when 100,000 cycles are reached. Our product reached 100,000 cycles.
