Are these fitness shoes right for me?

Cardio fitness is generally done in a gym and/or at home. These shoes are designed for indoor use. Their rubber will be damaged more quickly if it comes into repeated contact with asphalt. The grip of our soles has also been designed and tested for indoor use. That meansit doesn’t leave marks on the floor!Handy, isn’t it?

Are these fitness shoes for indoor use only?

Like all our fitness shoes, the FSH 120 Fitness Shoe has a 4 mm (0.16”) drop:as close as possible to a barefoot feel (i.e., no drop).

What is the drop? (Drop refers to the difference in height between the front and back of your foot).
