The shoes are not as cushioned as some other brands such as Skechers but the midsole is adequately bouncy. I bought this shoe because the toe box fit my toes better than the runners I was using and they were on sale. Unfortunately, after my first 5km run, the outsole is signif
icantly degraded, almost worn flat at the toes and heels. I'm not sure that these shoes will be usable after a few more runs. I might only get 25km out of them before I'm running on the exposed midsole. Not acceptable for an intermediate running shoe. Very disappointing.

after 60km break in this shoes :- Very good running shoes. Suitable for 5k and 10k run. I wore this for my tempo session because the energy return very great with nice cushion. Upper mesh material little bit hotter if wore for to long time but not affect running performance
