What are the benefits of the MS 520 Stepper?

With the MS 520 Stepper, you get a strength training and cardio workout at the same time. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and prevent injury.

How to use your stepper

If you want to give your core and abs a more thorough workout, twist your hips with each step. This requires extra effort but will give you a better full-body workout.

Push yourself by increasing the difficulty.

You can track your session and performance by looking at how many reps you’ve done, how long you’ve been at it, the pace you’re going at, and how many calories you’ve burned since the beginning of your workout. You can then analyze these indicators to see how much you improve from one session to the next!
