I bought these shoes after consulting with decathlon team for almost an hour. I have an old ankle injury so hence I have to take extra precautions. While trekking up the hill, the shoes were comfortable but the nightmare started when I was climbing down. My feet were hurting
like hell and I couldn't take it any more so I stopped using them for the rest of my trek. I went to the decathlon dehradun store after only a week and told them the issue. Today they are telling me that I should have bought a size bigger and refuse to exchange .They cost 8k and after careful discussion with your team only I bought these shoes. Very disappointed with decathlon service. You should appoint only qualified staff at your stores.
