Since UV rays are harmful to eyes, all our goggles are certified 100% anti-UV by the EN 174 standard. Goggles, which perfectly enclose the eyes and prevent any direct or reflected UV light from entering, provide the best protection.

100% UV protection

The photochromic lens darkens in the presence of UV rays. The lens tint changes depending whether UV rays are present.
Lenses are not scratch resistant.

Photochromic lens

The Performance anti-fogging system offers a dual lens with a treatment on the inside. The frame’s ventilation system allows air to circulate inside the ski goggles.
For good ventilation, do not block air vents with a neck warmer, for example.
Do not rub inner lens surface. Instead, dab it carefully to preserve the anti-fogging treatment for as long as possible.

High-performance anti-fogging performance

The dual screen reduces condensation. The air trapped between the lenses creates a layer of thermal insulation. The thermal shock between the inside and outside of the mask is lower and decreases fogging on the mask’s inner lens. The inner lens also has an anti-fog treatment.

Wraparound dual lens. The outer lens is made from an extremely shock-resistant, injection-moulded polycarbonate. The inner lens is made from cellulose propionate.

Ski helmet compatibility

The G 500 PH Ski Goggles in size L can be worn with glasses (maximum width of 145 mm/5.7”). The foam on the sides and the shape of the goggle skirt leaves room for each temple.

Strap

Protect the goggles, and the lens in particular, from scratches before and after use. The microfibre case cleans and protects the lens without scratching it.
The thermocompressed case is perfect for storing your goggles and protecting them from getting crushed in your bag or in a jacket pocket.

A coloured coating on the outside of the lens (coloured Flash) reduces the percentage of light that reaches the eye, preventing glare and improving clarity in sunny conditions.

The EN 174 standard is a European standard applied to goggles used for eye protection when downhill skiing or during similar activities, such as snowboarding. The ANSI American standard is more stringent than the European standard for shock and impact resistance.
These ski goggles comply with both of these standards.

Moisture causes fogging. Keep the foam as dry as possible. For example, do not place the goggles on a wet helmet or a hat. Falling face down in the snow can also cause your goggles to fog up. Dry your ski goggles overnight to get rid of all traces of humidity and use completely dry goggles the next day.

Avoid fogging

Choose the right size goggles according to your head size. Below 55 cm (22”), choose size S. Above 55 cm (22”), choose size L.
