A really nice backpack. Although not as good as an Osprey backpack I recently purchased (~2x price) in terms of capacity, compartments, etc., this backpack has everything you need and due to its pannier functionality has become my go-to commuting backpack.

Lots of space for my work clothes and lunch. The laptop side holds my u lock and cable. So easy to put on and off my bike pannier. I LOVE that I can put it on my bike for my walk from my bike cage to work. So awesome!!!

I love the locking mechanism to stop it from sliding around. It easily turns into a backpack so I can quickly remove it from my bike and go shopping or hiking with it. It’s extremely hard to find one like this at this price point, I’m very happy with my purchase. I haven’t use
d it in the rain yet so I can’t speak to it’s waterproof capabilities.

Almost perfect! I would have preferred to have it waterproof without having to put the cover on. Also, I'm disappointed that the bottom of the laptop side has no padding on the bottom. The only other issue is that the chest strap is a wee bit short for me. I would prefer it if
this was adjustable. Other than that, this is a great product that I use on my daily commute.

Good, needs minor improvements for next version

Used this recently for 6 day self-supported cycling round Tuscany. Overall it works well. It was easy to change between rucksack and pannier as it's just a single zip up the middle. Capacity was fine although we had a washing machine on 3rd night, and my wife carried the extra
pair of shoes needed for the trip. It passed the EasyJet carry on test at the gate (didn't pay extra for the bag). One side has a lot more capacity than the other but you can just pack appropriate weight distribution. Overall good - negatives: 1. needs side external mesh waterbottle carriers, no idea why these aren't already there, going to add them myself. 2. Concerning jutting out of the backstraps when it's sitting on the rack - in reality prob not an issue and no car will accidentally catch it, but wasn't comfortable so ended up putting a strap round it to keep them tight to the pack. 3. Some reflective detail would also be nice. Hopefully designers will address this for next time, but overall very good and will use again.
