This model uses the chassis of the A 200 Hiking Pole. It is equipped with the same pushpin adjustment system and oversized tubes.
Why do we offer an overhand grip? Standard grips do not suit everyone, particularly on long hikes. This pole is designed so that you don’t have to bend your wrist. Force is more evenly distributed across the arm when it is aligned with the pole.

Design

Hold your arm straight or slightly bent. Shorter than conventional poles.
Method: - pull the lower part until the pushpin locks (metal lower button) 
- slide the middle tube until the upper button reaches the desired hole
- use the lines printed on the tubes to align the pushpin with the holes
Never go past the Stop line or the pole could break.

How to adjust your poles to the correct length

This hiking pole is designed to help you balance, propel yourself forward, and reduce impact on your arms and legs.
For safety, make sure your pole is locked in place with a few firm taps, both before you leave and periodically during your hike. Do not attach it to your backpack, as this can be hazardous in the event of a storm.Some users are sensitive to the whistling noise that can occur when the wind sweeps through the adjustment holes.

If water has gotten into the pole, take it apart and allow it to dry. Clean away any dust and mud using a soft brush or paintbrush.
Once dry, reassemble the pole. Do not oil or grease any parts.

Care instructions
