I find these very useful (a) in pair, one for water and the other for electrolytes, and (b) in neoprene sleeves (amazon.ca / dp / B07TD7CBLX), placed on side pockets of the backpack. The lock is also useful to avoid accidental spils.

Never seen a bottle that leaks this much. Only to keep Vertical. Bend a little and it will leak a lot. Honestly can't understand how this was designed. It's ridiculous.
