It is easy to put on and adjust, with a shape designed to fit snugly and comfortably on your back. The tightening straps offer additional support.

Lower back pain and lumbago are actually the same thing: back pain in the lumbar region. This type of pain can be caused by different things, from fractures to deformities and slipped discs. The pain will only disappear if its cause is treated. Wearing a back brace can help reduce pain thanks to its heating action, compression, and restricted movement.

What is the difference between lower back pain and lumbago?

Measure your waist, at 5 cm (2") above the hips. Then use that measurement to find your size on the following chart:
Size 1: 65 - 85 cm (25 5/8" - 33 1/3")
Size 2: 85 - 115 cm (33 1/2" - 45 1/4")
Size 3: 115 - 140 cm (45 1/4" - 55")
