What is proprioception?

Measure your arm circumference, 5 cm (2") below the inside of the elbow. Then use that measurement to find your size on the following chart:
Size 1: 21.5 - 23.5 cm (8 1/2" - 9 1/4")
Size 2: 23.5 - 26 cm (9 1/4" - 10 1/4")
Size 3: 26 - 28 cm (10 1/4" - 11")
Size 4: 28 - 30 cm (11" - 11 3/4")
