I've been using Freelectics and Fitify at home & while travelling for work and my motorhome. I have 2x adjustable dumbells, 1x adjustable kettle bell, strength bands and bench. I was finding that my weight limit was grip endurance rather than eg leg strength. The weighted vest
helps me in several areas - Freeletics HIIT with 6kg really challenges me. Pull ups / dips with 6 kg is noticeably harder but achievable. Weight based Fitify with 10kg vest + upto 50kg of dumbells for squats, deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts etc is more challenging but I really know I've pushed on in the hours afterwards. Currently, the only improvement I'd make is to be able to buy additional plates. The pockets would easily hold at least 4 more 1kg plates.
