We designed the EL 540 elliptical trainer with a 9 kg (20 lb) flywheel (versus 6 kg/13 lb) on the EL 520 elliptical trainer, ref. 8738937) to give you optimal fluidity, even at high intensity and a high resistance level.

The EL 540 has 24 different programs (versus 7 for the EL 520) available on the console to keep you motivated!

What is the difference between the EL 520 and EL 540 elliptical trainers?

We got the idea of a self-powered elliptical trainer by listening to our athletes. The EL 540 elliptical trainer was the first elliptical trainer that we developed with this technology, and we’re really proud of it. It makes thousands of people happy!

Elliptical trainers work all of your muscle groups (lower and upper limbs, torso, back, and core). The broader your movements, the more these muscles work and the greater your cardio intensity. The resistance level you choose also affects your workout. The EL 540 has a 39 cm (15”) stride length, making it one of the most comfortable and efficient models in our range!
