Before putting them on: there is a left and right snowshoe. 
Check you have the correct snowshoe on each foot. Make sure you have put your snowshoes on correctly. The tightening buckles should be on the outside of the foot.
Adjustment Snowshoes must be properly adjusted to ensure your safety.

2 / The straps or buckles must be tightened as much as possible.
