The benefits of aquafitness or aqua aerobics

When doing aquafitness, your breasts move and bounce.
During a session, your breasts will move and bounce and can weigh up to 5 times their original weight. A swimsuit with a built-in bra helps protect against this impact. We have three levels of support to choose from, depending on the intensity of your sports practise.

Why do I need a swimsuit with bust support?

Light support: suitable for gentle activities with little movement in the water (gentle Aquafitness, Aquabiking, strength training, Aquayoga, etc.)
Moderate support: suitable for dynamic activities with movements in the water (Aquafitness, Aquazumba, Aquaboxing, etc.)
Enhanced support: suitable for very dynamic activities with lots of repetitions (Aquajump, Aquacrosstraining, etc.)
For fuller busts, we recommend choosing a model with enhanced support.

Levels of support according to the training intensity

Perforated Moulded Cups: Perforated moulded cups provide excellent support, as the breast sits in the foam cup and no longer moves. The perforations help to stop it from holding water.

What are the benefits of the built-in bra?

The cross-back design holds the shoulder straps in place and ensures greater freedom of movement.
It also provides additional bust support.
