The hooks are good but the elastic broke off in 25 days after purchase and the top of the bag doesn't stay covered even after hooking it ans covering it up all the way

I bought a bag with a 16L capacity, and the rain cover works very well. I tested it in the rain, and no water got inside the bag. The extra strap at the back provides additional security to keep the cover in place. I feel the design of this product really considers the user's
