The product is good and value for money. However, the service person Sushmitha S ([email protected]) has made a difference by providing excellent customer service. I accompanied the Bommasandra branch with my 4-year-old son ensuring that the cap I am looking forward to

is available in that store via the Decathlon app. However, the representatives positioned in the cap section cannot locate and find the particular kids' cap we are searching for. I was disappointed as I couldn't get a summer cap for my baby boy as promised which we cross-checked its availability in this branch as shown in their app. As one last try, I casually checked with this decathlon associate by the name of Sushmitha S who was serving at the billing counter...courteously understood my need and volunteered to serve us by navigating straight to the exact place where these kids' caps are kept. I was happy to locate the exact cap displayed in the app and my 4-year-old baby boy is the joyous person at that juncture to get a new suitable summer cap. Sushmitha S is not only knowledgeable in her subject but empathetic towards the customer to fix the customer before fixing the issue. Emotional Intelligence is her prime asset beyond her skills and knowledge. Hence, she is an asset to any organization, especially to Decathlon. She made our day :)
