I am 48 year old gym goer who works out at the gym 5 times a week. I am always on the lookout for any sort of massaging device that can loosen tight muscles and increase recovery and relaxation. This thing caught my eye at a Decathlon store and I have to say this is probably t
he best massager I have ever had second to none. Of course this is something that you need another person to hold and roll across your muscles. If you don't have a male servant or helper in the house then don't buy this. This is not a self-massager. To get maximum effectiveness from this you will need to lie sprawled flat on the ground on a carpeted surface and have another person roll this like a rolling pin kneading across your muscles most notably the front and back of the legs, calves and back. The relief and relaxation is immediate! More kneading pressure obviously will result in more effective muscle release but even a light pressure grip can relax your entire body. Again I reiterate do not buy it unless you have a friend, spouse, house help willing to massage you with this.
