What is a massage roller for?

Designed to be used after sports, the massage roller allows you to massage yourself. 
You can massage yourself right after your workout, in the evening, or even the following day, ideally spending about 5 minutes on each muscle group.

How to use the foam roller?

For adults only. When using a massage roller the first few times, it is common to feel some pain or experience some bruising. If the pain is intense and persists, consult your doctor.
As to the bruising, it's only due to small blood vessels on the surface: don't worry, this phenomenon will stop as you carry on using the roller.
