I then submitted a request for a full refund. The technical support team reviewed the case and responded saying, "Our technical support team is diagnosing the problem, but unfortunately, we cannot confirm whether this was caused by a defect or misuse/accident." Furthermore, they stated, "Please note that transporting a product for warranty claims is at your expense, as specified in our terms and conditions. An $8 fee will be deducted when issuing store credit, but you are free to deliver the product by your own means. Delivery costs from your initial order will not be refunded." This response does not address my request for a full refund, and I’m still being charged an $8 processing fee, which is completely unreasonable. I highly do not recommend this product, as it poses a safety risk. Additionally, Decathlon staff failed to handle the defective product properly and seemed to doubt me as a customer. This experience has been both frustrating and unacceptable.
