What are the features?

For Pilates or strengthening, choose a mat that is the same length as your height or longer.

When you’re doing toning exercises such as planks, it’s important that your mat is resistant to damage caused by your shoes. Place the grey surface against the floor and use the coloured part, which is fitted with anti-abrasion film. This way, you can train with shoes on without damaging your mat.

How to position yourself on the mat

Here’s our secret recipe for cleaning and deodorizing your mat after every workout: 300 mL (1 1/4 cups) of water, 15 mL (1 tablespoon) of white vinegar, and 5 drops of lavender essential oil.
