The only issue with this otherwise perfect travel backpack is, for me, the shoulder straps. They are too narrow around the neck. I have to wear a fabric around my neck to protect it from scratchy shoulder straps. Otherwise, wow. Fits in the cabin perfectly, nice compartment

s, open like a luggage. Better than this would be a 18-22l bag we could attach on the back of this one as Airlines allows one carry on and one personal item…

This was my perfect carry on bag for my 9 days solo trip. Perfect size and fits perfectly even for the frontier airlines.

I really like this pack, great for a weekend away or as a smaller long term travel pack. Not swamped with features you don't need but all the compartment options are well thought out. Expect to get a lot of use out of this!

Great value for money. Excellent size for minimalist travel - carry-on only flights. Seems sturdy and well made.

I love the clamshell opening with integrated packing sections for organization. I found they were very efficient for organizing my gear when doing a test pack which included 2 pairs of sandals, cloths for 5 days, medical kit, tech pouch and toiletries. I also liked the compre

ssion straps, top and bottom grab handles, easy access top pocket for storing glasses, passport etc. Locking zips on the main compartment are great. The harness system is well padded. I appreciate the included rain cover. Overall this bag is great value for money and almost perfect in my opinion. I bought this bag to use as carry-on for domestic and international flights. The downsides are: the pack exceeds the carry on size requirements for the airlines I will be travelling on as it is slightly too deep (27 cm) and there is no where to hide/stow the shoulder straps/hip belt. I like to get them out of the way when boarding a flight so they don't get caught on arm rests, or in the back of the overhead bin. I recommend getting the depth down to 23 cm and adding an integrated rain cover/shoulder strap zip up cover and this pack would be perfect in my opinion. Sadly, I will be returning the bag due depth of the pack otherwise I loved it.

Just hauled it to Montreal and back to Saskatchewan using it as a take-on carry-on. The hip belt and chest strap really made a difference when walking any significant distance. I was happy to discover a laptop pocket though because the pocket seemed to not have protection at t

he bottom of the pack, I stuffed socks down there LOL It seems extremely well constructed and up to the task of adventures this fall in Guatemala & Colombia.

A little too small for my needs as the inside separated compartments reduces total space. Good waist belt and exterior pockets, rain cover and locking zippers are great features.
