Size first. The online find your size tool said L. Ordered L, tried it. The shoulder straps and leg seams were extremely tight. Ordered XL and the fit was good. For reference i am 6'1 and 79 kg. So size up. The actual bibs are fantastic for the price. The pad is comfy and
doesn't slide. The only negative is some of the stitching is not the best and thread is coming loose. I ordered 4 bibs and 2 have this issue. Other issue is the bib is made out of many panels swen together. One of the panels bunches up -- hard to explain but is looks loose. This doesn't affect the function just the form. It looks cheap is all. I hope decathlon fixes some of the quality control issues. Kinda disappointing as their stuff is usually good.

I've owned plenty of shorts that sell for 1.5 - 2X the cost of these and they aren't as good. My only complaint would be the leg grippers are a little less grippy than i'd like, especially when paired with warmers. Otherwise, I'll be buying more of them. I ride everything f
rom road, gravel, mtb, winter fatbike and use these on their own as well as liners under warm weather gear.

The Bib are so confortable and good quality. For compare with the rc 500 who I purchase before, the pad of this racer is more better for a long ride. Previous to buy one size more because it fit small.
