They're cheap and they work, so they're perfect for me. I feel like if you're super active, maybe they aren't the best option. It seems very likely that the seems could rip fairly quickly if you stretch them too much, but otherwise they're perfect. They do exactly what they're

Bought after getting soaked trousers through autumn and winter, wish I’d bought sooner. Excellent. Velcro tightening at bottom of legs to secure above boots. Use them for looking after our horse and walking the dog in the pouring rain and howling wind, all in warm and dry comf
ort. Pocket a little low is the only downside, not a problem as usually wear with a coat, with ample pockets.
