the pocket works really well. the elastic around the waist is very strong, a bit too tight actually, but a size up was too big, so sizing may be a little tricky.very comfy inner shorts

excellent shorts but probably more suited to a gym environment, less cardio work as they are quite heavy. this was my fault as I chose them, I really wanted a pair of running shorts with a phone pocket in the lycra which these have, which really is a game changer when running.
only negative (again may be my issue for choosing this type of heavier short) is they hold water. I usually rinse my shorts in shower after running to clean for next run (so they last 3 runs before needing machine wash) but these absorb alot of water and rake ages to dry. overall, it you want a great looking pair of shorts for general gym work, these will do well. fit is smaller than normal, I'm usually medium and felt I needed a large in these.

It says 2in 1 but isn’t there is a base tight layer and a loose upper layer but they are joined so ONE! Not 2 in 1 in any way whatsoever
