After replacing this kayak three times, I finally gave up on the last one. I was given a gift card for the amount I paid, and when they entered the product code into the system, it came back as a faulty product. If it’s faulty, why are you still selling it? To make matters
worse, they refused to refund the four life jackets, paddles, and pump because they weren’t considered faulty and couldn’t be resold (as the employee explained). Now, I’m stuck with gear I can’t even use! Thanks, Decathlon, for the great experience. I’ve been a fan of the brand for decades in Europe, but you’re really pushing me to reconsider my loyalty.

Welp like the other 2 reviews before me, after 1.5 years(and about only 6-7 times on the water) I encountered the deflation from floor bladder. Decathlon rejected my claim for warranty because apparently you can't leave inflated kayaks to dry in the sun. So if you like to spen
d 1hour after each boat session to dry, deflate and hide your kayak in the shade then this one is for you, otherwise stay away. Ugh I really hope these reviews help someone not make same mistake that I did of buying this thing as I now forsee never using this kayak because it's just going to sprout holes like Swiss cheese at the seams where they glued it

n use. Exposure to hot ground or sun outside the water increases the risk of overpressurization and leakage of your kayak. On the water, there's no problem. The temperature of the water is much lower than that of the air, so overpressure is avoided. These recommendations apply to all inflatable products. We are aware that these precautions can be restrictive and sometimes difficult to respect. That's why we work daily to find new materials and design processes to make our products less sensitive to variations in external conditions, and therefore more resistant. Regarding the problem you've encountered, we offer kayak floors as spare parts (8561072) , so you can swap them with yours, which has come unstuck.
