Our mat is 173 cm (68.1”) long, 61 cm (24”) wide, and 8 mm (0.31”) thick. It weighs 1.85 kg (4 lb).

Size and weight

- Do you practice gentle yoga (Hatha, restorative, prenatal, nidra, etc.)? The effort level is moderate.
A mat that is between 5 mm (0.2”) and 8 mm (0.3”) thick will provide enough cushioning for your cervical spine and joints.

- Do you do dynamic yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, hot yoga, Bikram, etc.)? Transitions are fast and the intensity is high.
You’ll need maximum grip and a mat that’s not too thick (5 mm/0.2” max.) to keep you stable.
