The bra is quite flimsy and can pass off as a daily bra. I had to side down from M-CD to S-CD for snug fit. But the same doesn't work with the back extra hook. Also the product description claims bra extenders are available for sale on decathlon. But decathlon India chose not
to. I'm a 34D and need more support definitely for HIIT.
