This product has been redesigned at some point and some features have been removed. I noticed there is no longer a dedicated place for a power bank or a hole to allow a cable through, the hidden zipper behind the water bottle area has also been removed. They must have done thi
s to reduce manufacturing costs but it is disappointing as the description has clearly not been updated to match these changes. The bag would have been perfect for the price otherwise.

Purchased this bag for work to carry my laptop and other work items to replace a pull along bag. I don’t know why I didn’t buy it sooner. Lots of space and compartments to carry everything I need for the day. It’s comfortable to wear and it of excellent build quality.

So the size of the backpack is great BUT the padded parts next to your back have a mesh cover and the rubbing is ruining all my sweaters and pants! I literally have to stick a cloth between my back and the backpack so it doesn’t make my sweaters or leggings pill. I do not reco
mmend because of this.

The capacity of the backpack is very good and it is very comfortable to wear. However, the sternum strap has popped off within a month of purchasing it, and it seems impossible to fix it back on. This has been disappointing because I can’t wear it without the sternum strap (I
have small shoulders).
