Took a gamble on sizing. But snug fit, lots different size pockets for my marathon.including room for small soft flask, gels, keys. Bit bulky with my phone so excluded that. Did exactly what I wanted. Wouldn’t use it for long training runs, as not sure how long the pockets wil

I find the belt comfortable. A tad tight maybe. Easy to open with pull tabs. No bouncing of water bottles when place in front as described. Haven't tried them at the back. Nifty pocket at the back for a medium sized cellphone.
