Each numbered mark on the band is a new challenge. The closer you get to the centre, the greater the tension and the more difficult the exercise. You can change up your training when necessary.

What do the numbers on the band mean?

Thanks to the door hook, you can exercise safely and comfortably from 3 different anchoring points without damaging your door. For example, warm up your shoulders from the middle of the door, do bicep curls from the bottom, and do pulls from the top.

After every use, clean your resistance band with a damp cloth and let air dry to increase its lifespan.
