Followed the sizing guide to order a pair of these and I'm a 36 waist. Ordered the medium because that's what it says to order and they don't even go past my thighs. Horrendous sizing. The medium is for a 30inch or 32 inch waist.

A Strong Short

188cm 95kg athletic build middle aged male. I use these for indoor turbo training and spin classes. They are worn twice a week for 30-90minutes per ride. Traditionally I wear bib shorts when riding outside so was a bit hesitant about the fit only being a short but had no n
eed to worry as I find the fit to be excellent. The elastic rear waist hem provides a secure fit. Even after sustained use the material remains soft and supple with the pad providing decent comfort. The shorts are washed after every session and show no sign of degradation in colour or material. The value for money is excellent. I do find I have to pull the seat of the short / inside leg high to get the pad to fit my body and feel comfortable but I would suggest that is a personal preference.

Thought that I would give this a go as the price was very tempting, and very happy that I did. They fit me well, feel nice and I find them very comfortable (unlike most budget priced cycling shorts). I generally do 3 rides a week of about 140km in total and they have out pre
