Touring Bike - Riverside 900

I love it

We bought two of the 900 series bikes in Faro Portugal and headed north up the coast into Northern Spain, and the bikes were fantastic! Great components, comfort, and value all in one incredible package. Decathalon nailed it with the 900!

My first tour was 1600km around the Atlantic coast of Spain and Portugal. I changed the tyres to Schwable Marathon Tour Plus and added toe clips, bottle cages, Foldylock, a kick stand and a full set of Riverside panniers with a bar bag but otherwise the bike was standard. It d

id everything I asked of it - gravel, surfaced road, fords through rivers, even a stretch on a beach. The dynamo charger is an excellent way to keep my phone running too while navigating with Komoot. And I really liked the Brooks B17 (carved saddle) which broke-in after about 500km. It is built to last! The only extra I'd ask for is lockable wheel though axles. I highly recommend this bike as it is a real workhorse at a great price. Thanks Decathlon.

I rode John O'Groats to Lands End on the touring 900 and I can't fault it. It's a great tourer and very comfortable. It's also pretty indestructible.

Great touring bike that comes with a tremendous amount of kit already. Shimano XT running gear. Don’t know how they do it for the money but I’m glad they do because I bought two!
