Consider the type of shoe you will wear:
city shoes, high-top hiking boots, and snow boots will need different sizes of crampons.
Warning: the product must fit perfectly to avoid any risk of it coming off.

Size guide

For improved balance, use poles, especially if you plan to walk on uneven, possibly exposed, ground or in powdery snow where you may sink in a bit more.

On snowy terrain, be sure the poles have large baskets to prevent them from sinking into the snow.

What about poles?

We advise you to rinse the crampons with clean water after use. Leave them to dry in the open air before storing them in a dry place.
Avoid storing them in a plastic bag, as this can cause condensation.
