Why use a speed skipping rope?

To use the speed skipping rope properly, place your feet in the middle and pull it up to your shoulders. The handles should reach your armpits. Adjust the length and tighten the two screws securely using the tool supplied.



How do you adjust your skipping rope?

To extend the life of your skipping rope, we recommend that you use it mainly indoors and avoid outdoor surfaces such as tarmac as much as possible. If skipping outside, you can add the plastic sheath to protect the rope.

Alternatively, you can use it on rubber mats (ref. no.: 8651539). This will extend the rope’s life.

What’s the best way to use your speed skipping rope?

Storing your skipping rope couldn’t be easier: roll it up without twisting it and slip it into one of the pockets of your Gym Bag (ref. no: 8596007).

- 20 burpees 

Depending on your level, add rest periods between each set. Increase the number of reps as you go along.

To make your circuit more challenging, incorporate running between each set.
