I bought this with the Kiprun trail vest. Goes well together. But the mouth pièce to allow drinking does not function properly, when I turn it to “open” it does nothing. I have to pull on the soft plastic part to be able to drink from it but then when I turn it closed it leaks
constantly. Product looks great but I’m not sure if it’s just this mouth piece on the one I bought that has a malfunction or if you are supposed to pull on the soft plastic part and push it back in instead of turning the mouth piece like it says w the arrows?

No leaks so far. The sliding closure bar is a little stiff. I'm always afraid I'm going to tear something if I pull/push it too hard but this is a durable item.

Bought to replace the bladder in my wife’s trail running vest as the previous version had begun to drip from the mouthpiece after many years of use. Fitted in without issue and clipped to the hooked clip inside the vest. Simple but no functional issues and much cheaper than os
prey or camelbak equivalents.
