Generally, the boots are great. The only area for improvement might be the lace hooks at top. The laces have slipped out a couple of times. Aside from that my husband is very happy with the boots

first and second 20k hikes were good, but they started rubbing the back of my ankle after that, neither wearing Merino high socks nor loosening shoe laces could help the issue. still trust decathlon, but not these boots.

Solid, comfortable boot!

I love these so much, my previous boots had been going for 10 years so it was time to upgrade, and this was a brilliant purchase. I've used them for several hikes, a paragliding course, and a week of traipsing up and down a snowy/icy/slushy ski resort and they've held up well.
I do treat them with waterpfoofing spray regularly to keep them optimal and clean them asap when muddy.

Had these over a year now. They are still going strong and have kept my feet warm and dry on many hikes. Really comfortable still. Ordered online, and did have to return a smaller size. Came with spare laces in black.

All product features work as specified, but that's only half the equation of getting a pair of hiking shoes that doesn't give me blisters. A knowledgeable staff member patiently taught me how to properly lace my shoes according to the problems I faced. A good pair of sock
s which she recommended also helped to turn my hikes into a blissful & enjoyable experience instead of one that left me limping out of the forest every time. 😄
