I just bought this bike after a long search and comparing hardtail mountain bikes. This was the best bike I could find for the money. It has the components I wanted and it was the lightest from all the other brand bikes I tried. It runs smoothly and the gearing makes the climb
s a lot more comfortable. It feels stable and well build. The service at the Calgary store was very good. With a two year warranty and lifetime on the frame you feel protected in case a defect shows up. Riding this bike brings a smile on my face

Best product out there in the market in this price segment. Everything about the bike is just perfect. Gear shifting is smooth, brakes are super efficient, frame is light weight, tyres are durable, air suspension is good. Perfect 29'er for off-roading.

I have driven over 500 km in the XC100 since purchasing it in the last 1.5 months. It replaced my 4-year old Riverside 120 and I can say this cycle is a quantum leap on the earlier cycle. Positives: - Incredible value: To get a Manitou Air fork, Shimano Deore groupset/gears an
d Tektro Hydraulic Disc Brakes at this price point is incredible. Great set of components - Frame is great - Great sport riding position - once the seat and stem (reduced it to 35 mm stem) are adjusted, thanks to Reuben, who was excellent at Decathlon - Overall the cycle can conquer any peak Recommend to change to Decathlon puncture-proof tubes and also use a 35mm stem for great manouverability. If you are not changing the stem and adjusting seat, better to go one size smaller as the standard sizes are different for this one and both S/M would work for somebody who is 170 cm. The gears are top notch - no slippage and precise/excellent. Pleasure on uphill and downhill. There is a remote lockout for the suspension which makes plain roads easy and the brakes are precise and excellent. I want to call out Reuben from Decathlon for top notch assembly of the bike and answering all questions and explaining beautifully. He is an excellent asset for Decathlon Jayanagar Overall, I recommend this bike
