An extreme level of water proofing is what you get with this jacket without all the bulk. Great as a final layer when out hiking to keep you nice and dry on the inside. Nice high collar to cover face and peaked hood to prevendrwater dripping down your face

Best affordable waterproof out there

Got this as it has been recommended by numerous gear websites and is incredible! Have had it for over a year now and it has been seriously put to the test in driving rain and gale force winds many many times. The only way water gets in is up the sleeves because I use poles but
the velcro strap helps with that and I stay so warm even in ice cold wind. Would 100% recommend :)
