Main Material

Thermal insulation keeps your young skiers at just the right temperature. This garment adapts to the body’s movements and the conditions. Wedze uses wadding for insulation to keep the body warm. Wadding is a synthetic component made from polyester that stores air depending on the length of the fibres. The thicker the wadding, the more air it contains and the warmer it is.

Thermal insulation

The waterproof coating is applied on the inside of the outer fabric. It prevents water from seeping into the garment but allows perspiration to escape. This keeps kids dry and comfortable.

Coating

In addition to the waterproof fabric, we increased the waterproofing of these pants with taped seams. Waterproof adhesive strips taped to the inside seams make these pants fully watertight. These taped seams are in the areas most exposed to snow. On these pants, they are around the seat.

Taped main seams

To personalize these pants, write your child’s name on the label at the top of the lining. Practical for finding their pants after ski class or at school.

To keep your legs warm and dry, two layers of clothing are enough:
One base layer to wick away perspiration and one pair of ski pants to protect against the elements and provide warmth.
