A little smaller than the sizing might suggest, I'm 6' with a 32" inside leg and around 83kg and went for the xl - they're long enough, not loose and mostly fit well so check your sizes. Performance is good, I've worn them kayaking where they aren't too hot in the boat but i
nsulate plenty when swimming. Comfortable too.
