With its unique approach to the weight bar, this hex dumbbell creates a beneficial imbalance that promotes muscle development. Ideal for intensifying cross-training movements such as push press, front squats and clean and jerks!

We’ve listened to your feedback and redesigned this dumbbell with 6 sides to stop it rolling on the floor. 

The rubber coating provides optimal protection against impacts while also reducing noise. 

The ergonomic handle has a non-slip zone and curved shape that guarantees a perfect grip.

Why does the dumbbell have a rubber exterior and hexagon shape?

Use this hex dumbbell with a rubber mat (ref: 8651539) for safer workouts.

Be careful not to drop the dumbbell

We recommend storing your dumbbell in a dry location inside, preferably on a rubber mat to protect your floor (ref: 8651539). This will prevent any damage to your floors. However, you can also store it on a bar and weight rack (ref: 8788246).  
Keep your dumbbell looking like new by regularly wiping it with a clean cloth.
