Be careful when dropping dumbbells

Store your dumbbell indoors in a dry place on a rubber mat (ref: 8651539), to prevent damage to your floors. You can also store it on a storage rack for bars and weights (ref: 8788246).

Plan for 60-90 seconds of rest between each set:
- Squat with dumbbells on shoulders: 3 sets of 10-15 reps
- Military press with dumbbells: 3 sets of 10-15 reps
- Pulls with elastic: 3 sets of 10-15 reps
- Body weight lunges: 3 sets of 8-12 on each side
- Plank on elbows: 3 sets of 20-40 reps

For each exercise, start with the minimum number of reps (be sure to stop when you still have 2 reps in you) and then add one rep each week until you reach the maximum number of reps. Then increase the load.
