If you're wondering whether to get the one or two person hammock, get the two person. This is the longest commercial hammock I've seen from any company, and you'd have to do a special order to even get one from a cottage vender. It is super comfortable material which should la
st as long as any of my other hammocks. The material is the most comfortable that I've found other than a full cotton, woven South American hammock. If you're looking for superlight for backpacking, this isn't it, however, suprisingly, it doesn't take up that much more room in the pack. The hanging system is adequate and should suffice for protecting the trees and keeping your butt off the ground. Know that you'll need trees a little bit further apart than usual, but the hammock fits comfortably under my 12 foot tarp. Very happy to add this to my collection.
