f it was twice the price. I bought another to keep in the car as a mid layer for emergencies. I also bought a heavier jacket for real winter weather coming soon. I’m pumped to test that, too.

Excellent build quality and materials. Very comfortable to wear. Compact, folds up to a pillow in the left pocket (Added bonus, can be used as a pillow for overnight hikes 😝). Much better than a separate sack that I would inevitably lose. Fits my (overpriced, ultra premium) r

ain shell perfectly for layering. I am a Scout leader and need this for fall/winter hiking season and so far it has exceeded all my expectations. Sure there are probably better out there, but not at (or even close to) this price point. Gave it three out of five stars for waterproof only because never worn in full rain, so cannot fairly comment on that. I don’t think that it is really designed to be used as a waterproof layer (not on its own). It looks pretty stylish as well (in my opinion). I did have a chance to compare it with another similar priced alternative from Uniqlo, which is also referenced in online recommendations and in my opinion this product (MT 100 Forclaz) is far superior (even at about 5-10% less in price) and I wouldn’t have a problem pitting it against products from Patagonia or Arc’teryx. You get what you pay for. Only in this case I believe you get much more than what you paid for. Thank you Decathlon.

Excellent jacket for the money. If it had an adjustment for the hood, it would be the best in its class.

The size does not run small as mentioned by others,based upon the reviews here, I ended up buying 3XL for my partner instead of a regular XL. The colour is also different than that in the pictures, a bit on the dull side.

I have 2 of these jackets now. I absolutely love them. Incredible value compared more expensive brands. Worth buying even if they are not on sale. Order a size larger than you would normally wear. Will by again if and when needed.
