Giving it a 4 star because the seatbelt doesnt strap snug. I wish they added somewhat of a chest strap to keep the child more secured. Everything else is great along with the price. This is a great product for the budget.

It’s not a safe seat. The shoulder straps are not secure for my 25 lb one year old. I fitted her to the seat on the living room floor, and it was clear she could get out of the straps, even when they were cinched as tight as they could go. I compared this to a neighbours
Thule seat, and the difference is obvious. I love everything else about the seat, but there’s no value if my kid can Houdini out of the shoulder straps.
