Just what I needed for my longish runs leading up to the 1/2 marathon. Fits in that weird little triangular pocket so many running tights have these days, along with a couple gels. Gives just a bit of water at a time, but you do need to really chomp down on the nozzle and sque
eze to get it out.

Perfect size when you don’t want to carry a heavy bottle. Not very easy to drink from. I almost need a manual to figure out how to drink from this spout.
